I couldn’t find a CC licensed one of these that allows me to modify and use for commercial purposes. This one is widely used throughout the ol blogosphere though. This leads me to believe that either a) it’s cc licensed and I just don’t know it or b) the owner of this photograph is not protecting his/her copyright which thus diminishes his/her claim at said copyright.
